Back in December, I promised you some exciting news about advancements to the Joy Daniels Real Estate Group, and now it's time to announce it. We will continue to grow in 2017 and we look forward to helping our clients both locally and nationally with our marketing and real estate services.
We’re heading into the new year with new goals, and we’ve created an even better environment to serve you and your real estate needs. We’ve committed to advancing and improving our Internet presence, too. Did you know that 90% of home buyers search for homes online? We’re committed to understanding the evolving world of digital and social media in the home search process.

I now have my real estate broker’s license for Florida and will soon be finalizing it for Virginia!

We’ve hired Josh Schoenly, a top Internet marketing professional and Amazon author, to ensure we’re always ready for the constant shifts of the Internet market.
