Home inspections are absolutely critical to the sale or purchase of a home. However, issues can often arise, and we want to be here to help you deal with them.

Usually during an inspection, the inspector will find systems or appliances that are old and defunct. However, the definition of a 'material defect' does not include appliances that are simply too old and breaking down.
